Order Processing & Shipping Times

  • Orders placed before 15:00 PM (CET) will be processed and shipped the same day if the product is in stock.
  • Delivery times vary based on the destination country and courier services, but most orders arrive within 3 days.

Shipping Costs

  • Within Europe:

    • Orders over €150.00Free Shipping
    • Orders under €150.00 – Shipping starts from €5.49 (within Germany) and may vary based on package volume.
  • International Shipping:

    • Currently, we only offer shipping within Europe. If you are outside this region, please contact our support team for inquiries.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your delivery.

Out-of-Stock Items

Our inventory is updated daily, but in rare cases, an item may be out of stock. If this occurs:

  • We will notify you as soon as possible.
  • You can choose a replacement item or receive a full refund.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If the product does not meet your expectations, you may return or exchange it within 14 days of the delivery date.

Return Conditions

  • Items must be in original condition, including packaging and labels.
  • Used or damaged items will not be accepted.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except in cases of incorrect or defective items.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5 working days after receiving the return.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Sale Items are final sale and cannot be returned.

Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a wrong item or a damaged product, we will cover the return shipping costs. Please contact us immediately at hello@cuckoosnest.eu with photos of the issue.

In-Store Returns & Exchanges

You can return or exchange items within 14 days at our physical store in the Black Forest, Germany, at the Open-Air Museum Vogtsbauernhof. Please bring your invoice for processing.
